I absolutely love Mary Ruth's vitamins. When I forget to reorder and break the habit my hair reminds me, lol. It starts shedding and losing it's fullness feeling that these vitamins give it. I have really fine hair and it has never been so health since using this vitamin! I went to see my family for the holidays and my mom and sister both noticed how healthy my hair looked! They are both taking these vitamins now! These are worth every dollar!

I waited to write a review to see if I saw results. I am now on my 3rd bottle and can say that this works! My hair is no longer shedding and my hairstylist who didn't know I had been taking the vitamin commented on how healthy my hair was after not seeing her for 4 months. I cut my hair short and it has grown back quickly. I like the taste but it is sweet. It tastes better cold. It's very easy to use with just 2 tablespoons and the bottle lasts a long time. I did notice higher energy as well. The ingredients seem great and I feel the liquid absorbs better. I will definitely keep using. Keep at it and you will see results.

I purchased this liquid multivitamin as a trial before investing in the regular sized, much more expensive bottle. (I've since gotten that bottle.) I bought it for my damaged edges and thinning crown area of my head. It's been about a month, and I am seeing evidence of hair growth in some of my edges... but that's all. I am going to be patient with this product because I've heard so many good things about it. I like peaches and mangos, but it is a stronger taste due to the high dosage of vitamins. I just add it to a small amount of o.j. each day. The product is worth it to me not only for hair growth, but because I'm a middle-aged woman who needs more vitamin intake... and taking a bunch of pills is not fun. If I purchased quality vitamins separately, I'd probably be spending more on them every month.
